Gym Access gives clients the luxury to use equipment freely, at any time of the day, to best suit their workout style. Guided workouts will be provided daily. Bootcamp classes are an excellent way to add variety and intensity into your workout routine. Each class is designed to build strength and endurance through a variety of intervals over 30 minutes. All the exercises are modifiable, so you can increase of decrease the exercise to match your personal ability.
