Decue King is World Fitness Association certified, has a USA boxing license with a 3-1 ameture boxing record and an international win (Thailand). He has been training elite athletes for over 4 years, focusing on mit work, body shielding, footwork and drills to better their balance and punching technique. Decue specializes in high intensity interval training, heavy bag training with active rest in between rounds that sculpt your body and burn calories. Decue enjoys training people of all fitness levels and ages. He is passionate about helping people work towards their firness goals and reach their full potential.
Tabitha Keifer's passion for becoming a personal trainer derived from her own personal journey. She has five years of personal training experience, in which three of those years were spent doing competitive Crossfit. She believes that a small step outside of your comfort zone is where the true magic begins and she wants to be the one to push you there. Together you will strengthen and transform your body! Tabitha believes there is nothing more rewarding than watching her clients succeed and being part of that journey.
Mary Overfield started her fitness journey in 2011 when she was 40lbs overweight after her 4 children. She tried Zumba and was instantly hooked. Over the years, Mary started weight training and has maintained to keep the weight off and earned her PT certification in 2017. She's an energetic, motivational and effective trainer that goes out of her way to learn what each client desires.
Travis Martin is a retired firefighter paramedic and has extensive knowledge of the human anatomy. He is certified in personal training, spin, and flexibility. Specializing in assisted stretching, Travis will actively guide you through motions that are designed to improve your flexibility and maintain mobility. He understands just how important it is to stretch the correct way and wants to show his clients that regular stretching can relieve stiff muscles, make you less prone to injury and ultimately lead to a healthier life!
